Candles cannot be returned unless damaged. Please report any damage within 24 hours of receiving and we will be more than happy to help and rectify this for you

 

Cancel anytime. Once payment has been taken from your account, you are subscribed for another month and cannot cancel. If you cancel before the next payment, you will not be charged anything further and will still receive the current months candle if this hasn't been dispatched yet. Cancellation only applies to the following month onwards, and not the current month unless payment has not been taken yet. Cancelling your subscription will prevent any further payments being taken from you and stop and further candles being sent to you unless already paid for.
